Ideal Candidate
- Relevant experience in the hotel industry, preferably in commercial or management positions (preferred)
- Experience in sales, revenue management and event organization
- Knowledge of the OPERA PMS hotel system is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills
- Strategic thinking and results orientation
- Good knowledge of English (other foreign languages are an advantage)
Job Description of Event Organizer
- Implementing the hotel’s commercial strategy
- Maximizing revenue and occupancy
- Prospecting the market and identifying new business opportunities
- Attracting new corporate, leisure, group and agency clients
- Maintaining and developing commercial relationships with partners, companies and travel agencies
- Negotiating contracts and managing commercial offers
- Organizing and coordinating corporate and private events
- Participating in fairs, profile events and B2B meetings
- Monitoring sales performance and achieving set objectives
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and complying with hotel standards
