Sameday is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the daily operations of its logistics hub in Bacău. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership skills who can manage warehouse teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure parcels are processed quickly and accurately.
As a Warehouse Manager, you will supervise warehouse operations from unloading and sorting to storage and dispatch. You will coordinate large teams, monitor operational performance, prepare reports and budgets, and recommend improvements that enhance productivity and customer service. Key Responsibilities
As the Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise all warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate parcel processing activities, including unloading, sorting, consolidation, loading, and storage.
- Lead and manage warehouse teams to achieve operational targets and maintain high productivity.
- Monitor daily HUB activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely shipment processing.
- Prepare operational reports, performance analyses, and periodic budget forecasts.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Monitor employee productivity and verify attendance and timesheet accuracy.
- Ensure excellent service for both internal and external customers through effective communication and operational support.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement new initiatives and improve warehouse performance.
- Perform additional operational duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience managing warehouse teams of at least 50–100 employees.
- Previous experience in courier, logistics, or supply chain operations is highly desirable.
- Certifications in Leadership, Management, or Microsoft Excel are considered an advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to a dynamic workplace where priorities and projects frequently change.
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and computer systems.
- Completed or ongoing higher education.
- Valid Category B driving license.
