Key Responsibilities
As a Hotel Reception Manager, you will:
- Lead and coordinate all front office and reception activities.
- Supervise, mentor, and organize the reception team to ensure excellent guest service.
- Plan and manage daily accommodation and front desk operations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, reservations, sales, food and beverage, and other hotel departments.
- Support the hotel’s online presence by managing booking platform performance and promotional activities.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement customer loyalty initiatives.
- Oversee reservations, billing, collections, and payment processes.
- Maintain high hospitality, service quality, and operational standards.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, reservations, arrivals, departures, and revenue performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and hotel sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality best practices.
Required Qualifications
Successful candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a Hotel Reception Manager or Front Office leadership role.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience using the OPERA Property Management System.
- Hotel Reception Manager qualification or certification is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience managing and motivating front office teams.
