Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who can lead a large team. The candidate should have experience managing at least 50–100 employees.
Experience in the courier or logistics field is a big advantage. The person should be result-oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast-changing environment.
Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills are important. The candidate should have intermediate English skills and basic knowledge of MS Office. Higher education (completed or ongoing) and a Category B driving license are required.
Job Responsibilities
The Warehouse Manager will supervise all warehouse operations and ensure that work procedures are followed correctly.
They will manage activities like unloading, sorting, storage, and loading of packages. The role also includes coordinating pre- and post-processing operations and monitoring overall HUB performance.
The candidate will prepare reports, budgets, and performance analyses. They will also identify ways to improve operational processes.
The manager will ensure customer satisfaction, monitor team performance, and verify attendance records. Other tasks may be assigned by the direct supervisor when needed.
