110kV Overhead Line Electrical Network Design Engineer

We are looking for a new colleague to fill the position of ELECTRICAL POWER / ENERGY DESIGN ENGINEER, Middle / Senior (over 3 years of experience in MV+LV Electrical Network Design) in our team.

The ideal candidate has the following knowledge and skills:

• University studies Electrical_Energy Engineering,
• ANRE min IIIA certificate,
• Experience in Designing MV+LV Electrical Networks minimum 3 years,

  • Category B driving license.

Tasks

• Prepares Coexistence Studies between LV+MT+IT Electrical Networks and new designed roads, including approval from the owners;
• Prepares Technical Projects and Execution Details for the following categories of Projects (Road Lighting NU; Relocation of IT+MT+JT Electrical Networks; Electrical Connections; Relocation of Telecommunications Networks; Internal Electrical Installations Related to NU Constructions);
• Provides technical support (preparation of lists of quantities) to the bidding department in order to participate in auctions;
• Technical Assistance Offer for the Execution Department,
• Participate in progress meetings with the General Contractor;
• Develops the design theme and other technical documents for designers/consultants in the market, respecting the project specifics,
• Coordinates/monitors design activities,
• Understands technical concepts in the field of electrical energy so that he can establish strategies / design solutions / equipment with the help of third parties involved (designers, conditional approvals, consultants, execution engineers),
• Provides technical support in the relationship with the PM in the bidding / project implementation phase,
• Knows the specific project authorization rules and maintains the interface with the OD/OT in order to ensure the smooth running of the connection process to the electrical network
• Coordinates and understands the connection process: from issuing ATR / signing the connection contract, project approval and up to issuing the connection certificate – not necessarily, it is an advantage
• Review documents / summary solutions to present in AutoCAD, NOT
• Check the correlation of the project’s technical specifications with the lists of quantities, drawings, material extracts, conditions from the approvers/norms in force
• Actively participate in meetings with key equipment manufacturers,
• Informs and understands legislative changes occurring in the energy sector and analyzes the impact on projects.

Net salary/month

Performance Indicators (KPI) are applied to the basic salary depending on the semi-annual evaluations so that it reaches  between 1,700 euros/month and 2,500 euros/month (10,000 ron/month – 12,500 ron/month).
