GUEST EXPERIENCE LEADER – Hospitality Manager is the ambassador of innovation at McDonald’s and guides customers to order at digital kiosks, quickly resolving any issues.
Main responsibilities
- Proactively assist guests in placing their order at the Kiosk and finding a free table (helping to grow business and reduce crowding in front of the counter);
- Ensure that guests have been served accurately and that they are satisfied with the quality and freshness of the products;
- Confidently manage requests or questions from customers interested in finding out different information;
About you:
- Minimum completed secondary education;
- Positive attitude and customer orientation;
- You have a proactive attitude and are results-oriented;
- You adapt quickly to changes and have the ability to work under pressure.
- You have good teamwork skills;
