GUEST EXPERIENCE LEADER – Hospitality Manager is the ambassador of innovation at McDonald’s and guides customers to order at digital kiosks, quickly resolving any issues.

Main responsibilities

• Proactively assist guests in placing their order at the Kiosk and finding a free table (helping to grow business and reduce crowding in front of the counter);
• Ensure that guests have been served accurately and that they are satisfied with the quality and freshness of the products;
• Confidently manage requests or questions from customers interested in finding out different information;

About you:

• Minimum completed secondary education;
• Positive attitude and customer orientation;
• You have a proactive attitude and are results-oriented;
• You adapt quickly to changes and have the ability to work under pressure.
• You have good teamwork skills;
