He will work at the De’Longhi Jucu Canteen Restaurant, the role involves constant, diversified production adapted to each type of client. The ability to organize and manage a team will be an advantage.
Job Description
Main responsibilities
- Preparation of confectionery and pastry products according to standardized recipes
- Making products for: stores, HoReCa, schools, canteens and events
- Baking, decorating, portioning and packaging products
- Ensuring product quality, freshness and uniformity
- Compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Raw materials management and maintaining order in the laboratory
- Collaborating with the kitchen team and production managers to plan daily volumes
