Construction engineer, designer, estimate technician with experience in preparing bidding documentation and participating in tenders.
Minimum requirements:
- higher engineering or post-secondary technical studies,
- very good knowledge of PC operation, Windows, Office,
- experience gained in specific activities from:
- construction design offices,
- construction or installation company,
- the construction investment/repair department of a contracting authority,
- knowledge of at least one estimate preparation program,
- knowledge of the methodology for preparing construction work estimates,
- experience in preparing estimates,
- minimal knowledge of public procurement legislation.
It is an advantage:
- Knowledge of quotation rules,
- Experience in operating a software for preparing estimates,
- Experience as a trainer or teacher in construction engineering,
- Knowledge of 3D design, BIM,
- activity in design or construction companies for at least 3 years.
Responsibilities:
- provides support for the use of bidding/settlement software,
- provides support for the preparation of offers and specifications for participation in construction tenders,
- ensures the connection with the construction faculties,
- is up to date with legislation and trends related to construction tenders.
Job description:
- The activity will be carried out within the technical assistance department.
- Interaction with users is done via telephone.
- The work schedule is 8 hours, Monday through Friday.
