Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, train, and motivate the warehouse team.
- Plan and assign daily warehouse tasks.
- Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide ongoing coaching.
- Supervise receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and audits.
- Analyze warehouse processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity.
- Prepare reports on warehouse operations, inventory, and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Good understanding of inventory control, receiving and shipping procedures, and warehouse safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a three-shift schedule.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
