ANDREAS STIHL POWER TOOLS is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise warehouse operations, lead logistics personnel, and ensure efficient inventory, receiving, storage, and shipping processes. The role involves planning daily activities, monitoring warehouse performance, maintaining stock accuracy, and continuously improving operational efficiency to support production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, train, and motivate the warehouse team.
• Plan and assign daily warehouse tasks.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide ongoing coaching.
• Supervise receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and audits.
• Analyze warehouse processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity.
• Prepare reports on warehouse operations, inventory, and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding of inventory control, receiving and shipping procedures, and warehouse safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a three-shift schedule.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
