Short Job Description

itradepharma® is hiring an International Logistics & Distribution Manager to oversee worldwide logistics projects for medical devices and clinical research supplies. The successful candidate will coordinate international procurement, warehouse operations, inventory management, import/export activities, and global shipments while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards such as GDP and GCP. This role offers direct exposure to international healthcare supply chains and collaboration with global partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate international sourcing and logistics projects from planning through final delivery.
  • Manage procurement of medical devices and clinical research supplies.
  • Collaborate with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, suppliers, investigators, and logistics partners worldwide.
  • Organize international transportation and monitor shipments using logistics management platforms.
  • Coordinate import and export documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory across multiple projects.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive medical products.
  • Maintain compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice), GCP (Good Clinical Practice), internal SOPs, and quality management standards.
  • Prepare operational reports and participate in project meetings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, supply chain operations, or international project coordination.
  • Experience managing international suppliers, transportation providers, and import/export activities.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, clinical research, or medical device sector is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of GDP, GCP, or other healthcare quality standards is preferred.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities in multicultural environments.
  • Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or inventory management software is an advantage.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Category B driving licence is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
