Pasha Cafe is hiring Barista and Junior Barista staff for their cafe in Corbeanca (Ilfov area – Corbeanca, Buftea, Balotesti, Otopeni). Salary ranges between 3500 – 4200 RON (net), with additional bonuses and transport support.
At Pasha Cafe, the goal is simple: serve fresh, high-quality specialty coffee that can make a customer’s day better. The team roasts its own coffee and focuses on freshness and quality.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a friendly and motivated person who enjoys working with people. The candidate should be positive, eager to learn, and attentive to details. Basic computer knowledge (email, browsing, Excel) is helpful. Both beginners and experienced candidates can apply. If you have no experience, full training will be provided.
Job Description
As a Barista, you will prepare coffee drinks like espresso, cappuccino, and other specialty beverages.
You will help customers choose the right coffee and introduce them to new flavors. You will also pack and sell coffee for home use.
The role includes maintaining a welcoming cafe environment and ensuring every customer has a great experience.
