Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT&C sales, with a proven track record in attracting new customers (Hunting);
- “Hunter” profile: Perseverance, resistance to refusal and an intrinsic desire to exceed targets;
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to open doors in new market segments;
- Solid knowledge of the Romanian IT market (distribution channels, suppliers, integrators);
- Completed higher education (technical profile is a competitive advantage);
- Category B driving license and availability for travel (field activity is essential);
- Advanced English language (negotiation and technical documentation).
Job Description
Main Responsibilities (Focus: Hunting & New Business):
- Active identification of new opportunities: Constant market prospecting to identify potential customers (resellers, integrators, B2B partners);
- Lead Generation: Initiating contact with potential new partners through various channels (networking, field visits, cold calling, social selling);
- Transforming leads into customers: Managing the entire sales cycle, from the first contact to the signing of the contract and the first order;
- Negotiation and Closing: Structuring complex commercial offers and negotiating distribution contracts to ensure the highest possible market share;
- Competition Analysis: Constant monitoring of the market to identify untapped niches and propose penetration strategies;
- Brand Representation: Promoting the LASTING IT solutions and technologies portfolio to new partners;
- Reporting: Monitoring the sales pipeline and preparing growth forecasts for the new customer segment.
