Job Description
- •Preparing commercial offers and sending them to customers
- •Issuing documents: invoices, proformas, notices, minutes and contracts
- •Managing the records of rented equipment and tracking rental periods
- •Contacting customers for extensions or equipment pickups
- •Monitoring equipment via GPS and checking their operation
- •Tracking receipts and sending payment notifications
- •Maintaining contact with customers to recover outstanding debts
- •Managing correspondence via e-mail and courier
- •Preparing and archiving administrative documents
- •Monitoring the validity of ISCIR checks and collaborating with CNCIR
- •Managing documents for insurance, damages and car registrations
