You will offer financial solutions adapted to the needs of the business and build relationships based on trust and professionalism.The starting salary for the role of Agribusiness Customer Relations Manager is between 7,000 lei gross and 15,000 lei gross, depending on professional experience and the degree of match with the requirements of the role.
About you
- You have at least 1 year of experience in active promotion and sales in the banking or agribusiness area;
- Experience in a position similar to this role is an advantage;
- You have a bachelor’s degree;
- You have a category B driving license and are available to travel in the assigned area. You can easily interact with various types of clients, presenting ideas and solutions in a clear and convincing way;
- You have a proactive attitude and know how to manage your time and tasks efficiently;
- Promote banking services that are best suited to the financial needs of each client.

About the job
- Constantly develop new collaboration opportunities with “cold market” clients by identifying and contacting them;
- Set up and participate in meetings with potential clients in the agribusiness area;
- You carry out preliminary financial analysis to identify the financial potential of businesses and propose adapted financing solutions;
- You actively participate in the preparation of the documentation necessary for granting financing, following existing flows and procedures;
- Efficiently plan activities to achieve quarterly sales targets, according to objectives established with the branch manager.
