Agronomic Engineer – Involvement, Innovation, Impact
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Agronomic Engineer who will actively contribute to increasing the efficiency and sustainability of our agricultural activities. The role involves both technical expertise and the ability to propose innovative solutions, adapted to real needs in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of agronomic strategies to optimize production;
- Crop monitoring and continuous assessment of soil quality, inputs and yields;
- Applying modern technologies and best practices in agronomy to increase yields;
- Collaborating with operational and technical teams to adopt sustainable agricultural solutions;
- Collecting and analyzing field data, with the aim of proposing actions to improve processes.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education in the agronomic field (agriculture, horticulture, plant sciences, etc.);
- Updated knowledge of precision agriculture methods and technologies;
- Analytical thinking, proactivity and good communication skills;
- Category B driving license – mandatory ;
- Competent use of basic PC applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
