Area Sales Manager (B2B) – PVC & Aluminum Joinery
Location: Moldova Area / Iasi / Suceava, Botosani, Bacau (Regional Mobility)

Your Mission
As an Area Sales Manager , you will be the engine of expansion of our distribution network. We are not just looking for a simple salesperson, but a strategic partner capable of identifying opportunities, managing the relationship with existing dealers and strengthening NATURASERV’s presence on the premium systems market (Salamander, Aluplast, Alumil).
The profile we are looking for
- Technical Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience in selling PVC/Aluminum joinery (mandatory) .
- Relationship Capital: Active portfolio (database) of clients/dealers in the construction industry (mandatory).
- Software Skills: Operating knowledge in WinArhi (a major advantage).
- Champion Mindset: Native orientation towards results and the desire to maximize income through performance (uncapped commissions).
- Autonomy: Category B license and availability for travel in the assigned counties.
- Professionalism: Attire and language appropriate for the B2B business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identifying and attracting new partners (dealers) in the assigned areas.
- Technical Consulting: Providing customized solutions and technical support for the product portfolio (windows, doors, curtain walls, automated systems).
- Contract Management: Negotiating commercial terms and monitoring the entire process, from bidding to delivery.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring competition and adapting sales strategies to remain price-quality leaders.
