Ideal Candidate
- mandatory experience (minimum 2 – 3 years) in the distribution of packaging for the food and catering industry;
- excellent negotiation techniques, persuasion and the ability to build trusting relationships;
- minimal knowledge about the types of packaging intended for the food industry (PP, PS, PET, biodegradable, etc.);
- proactive attitude;
- driving license: category B (availability for frequent travel in the assigned area);
- higher education.
Job Description
We are looking for a colleague to join the Sales team, who will help develop the client portfolio in Romania.Responsibilities:
- identifying and attracting new customers (food industry producers, packaging distributors, catering);
- maintaining and developing current commercial relationships, ensuring long-term collaboration;
- managing commercial offers, negotiating contracts to meet volume and margin objectives;
- monitoring competition, trends in the food industry, proposing growth strategies for the allocated area.
