Manager Apart Hotel
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee our apart hotel operations. As the Manager of our apart hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the hotel, including guest services, staff management, and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and security personnel.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by training and developing staff to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
- Monitor and maintain hotel cleanliness and appearance to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage hotel inventory, including room availability, rates, and reservations.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to ensure continuous improvement.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement promotional activities and packages.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Flexible schedule (requires covering 2 hours/day on weekends)
- Days off: Monday and Tuesday
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Proficient in hotel management software and systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
