Ideal Candidate
- higher education – preferably in the technical or economic field;
- minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (bidding / tenders in the technical field; experience in construction works is an advantage);
- knowledge of public procurement procedures and the SEAP platform is an advantage;
- ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings and bills of quantities;
- excellent communication, planning and organizational skills;
- good knowledge of using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-Devize;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (basic level) is an advantage;
- English language skills – intermediate level;
- driving license category B.
Job Description
- analyzes requests for quotations and technical documentation submitted by clients (e.g. specifications, data sheets, feasibility studies, technical projects, etc.);
- carries out trips to clients for pre-measurements, technical clarifications and collection of additional information;
- proposes preliminary technical solutions (pre-design) and identifies technologies, equipment and materials corresponding to the requirement (electrical installations, photovoltaic systems, EV charging stations, etc.);
- maintains contact with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain the best offers and constantly identifies competitive technical solutions;
- prepares lists of quantities, item-specific or general estimates, according to project requirements;
- presents the technical solution and estimate for each offer to the department manager for approval;
- prepares the final technical and commercial offer, in accordance with the client’s requirements;
- prepares and sends addresses/communications, etc. in response to requests for clarification received from clients;
- provides support to colleagues in the Sales department during the negotiation and presentation of offers.
