Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 1 technical support via telephone and remote assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
- Record, update, and monitor incidents and service requests using the ITSM system.
- Troubleshoot workstations and peripheral devices including PCs, printers, monitors, and phones.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to specialized support teams.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during every interaction.
- Ensure accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- Excellent written and spoken French and English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
