The ideal candidate will be:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Office and Microsoft applications
- Dynamic, results-oriented, solution-focused and a team player
- Availability to work: 08:00-17:00, 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00, 11:00-20:00, 12:00-21:00
- Full-time on-site work
Asset: experience in technical support
Job Description
The responsibilities of the position:
- Level 1 support: telephone assistance, remote access to resolve incidents and requests
- Recording and tracking tickets in the ITSM tool (incidents & requests)
- Workstation and peripheral management: diagnostics, troubleshooting, hardware replacement (PCs, printers, screens, phones, etc.)
- Ensure the rapid escalation and transfer of unresolved incidents to the relevant teams.
- Creating exchanges that improve the day of our customers and users, with every interaction
