Job description:
- – Presenting to patients the types of hearing aids and their characteristics
- – Ensure the relationship between patients and company departments;
- – Keeping track of patient referral channels and monitoring them
- -Guidance of patients to CAS and indication of necessary documents
- -Monitoring of patients tested at the workplace.
- – Issuance of warranty certificates for hearing aids
- -Preliminary diagnosis of device failures;
- -Preparing service sheets according to specifications;
- – Performing light repairs (microservice)
- – Call center activity
- – To present the documents regarding the issuance of a prosthesis for billing to CAS
- – Issuing invoices and receipts to customers
- -Prepare the house register
- – Manages and is responsible for the stock of hearing aids, hearing aid accessories, production materials, fixed assets, inventory items and cash in the work point’s cash register
