Job description:

• – Presenting to patients the types of hearing aids and their characteristics
• – Ensure the relationship between patients and company departments;
• – Keeping track of patient referral channels and monitoring them
• -Guidance of patients to CAS and indication of necessary documents
• -Monitoring of patients tested at the workplace.
• – Issuance of warranty certificates for hearing aids
• -Preliminary diagnosis of device failures;
• -Preparing service sheets according to specifications;
• – Performing light repairs (microservice)
• – Call center activity
• – To present the documents regarding the issuance of a prosthesis for billing to CAS
• – Issuing invoices and receipts to customers
• -Prepare the house register
• – Manages and is responsible for the stock of hearing aids, hearing aid accessories, production materials, fixed assets, inventory items and cash in the work point’s cash register
