Căutăm un lider vizionar cu profil de “hunter”, gata să pună bazele unei prezențe locale puternice.
Your profile:
• Solid experience in B2B sales (Banking, FX, Financial Services, Telecom or Pharma);
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and negotiation skills at corporate level;
• Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy and orientation towards developing a client network from scratch;
• Treasury, capital markets or corporate banking knowledge (a major advantage);
• Fluency in Romanian and English. Job description As a Business Unit Lead, you will have the strategic role of launching the Cluj operations, being responsible for increasing revenues and building the local team.

Responsabilități principale:
• Market Entry: Identificarea și atragerea clienților corporate în portofoliu, promovând soluțiile de FX și risk management;
• Team Building: Recrutarea, coordonarea și onboarding-ul viitoarei echipe locale de vânzări;
• Strategy & Performance: Implementarea strategiei de vânzări și monitorizarea indicatorilor de performanță (KPIs);
• Coaching: Susținerea activă a echipei pentru atingerea obiectivelor de business și dezvoltarea profesională a membrilor acesteia.
