Are you a Installation Engineer and have experience on the construction site? Then we need you!
We have a place ready for you on our team if:
- Do you want to be part of a large-scale project in Bucharest, at the beginning of execution;
- You have higher technical education (Faculty of Construction Installations);
- You are proficient in AutoCAD 2D (basic level β not for design);
- Do you know the basic concepts of mechanical and electrical installation regulations?
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in execution;
- You think practically, make decisions quickly and solve problems efficiently;
- You know MS Office (basics including MS Project) and you are organized in everything you do.
What will you do with us?
- π§ You will supervise HVAC, sanitary, PSI (fire extinguishing) and Electrical installation works carried out by your own teams and/or subcontractors;
- π€ You will maintain contact (as appropriate) with the site management team, specialized designers, suppliers, site managers, RTE, Beneficiary representatives;
- π You will monitor the quality of the works, compliance with the provisions of the project and contract, as well as the execution schedule;
- π Manages requests from the Beneficiary regarding project changes, identifies additional works and checks NCS-NR type lists
- π€ Provide support or actively participate in site meetings
- π§Ύ You will prepare work reports and provide real information about their status;
- π You will contribute to the preparation of the Construction Book together with the RTE and the construction site supervisor.
