Job Description

As a Concrete Maintenance Operator, you will help maintain concrete plants in the Cluj area in constant working order and in clean conditions according to the equipment’s technical manual. 

Main responsibilities:

• Maintaining the concrete plant in permanent operating condition;
• Maintaining equipment according to the specifications of the technical book of the equipment by performing periodic inspections and overhauls/repairs according to internal procedures;
• Compliance with OHS procedures and identification of risks in the area of ​​activity;
• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities;
• Management of materials and spare parts;
• Active participation in the activities carried out in the concrete plant.

Searched profile:

• Relevant experience in a similar position in the field of electrical/mechanical maintenance;
• Secondary education – electrical, mechanical or electromechanical profile;
• Willingness to learn the use and maintenance of modern production equipment;
• Ability to analyze and solve problems;
• Initiative, involvement and team spirit;
• Promptness and professionalism;
• Concern for occupational health and safety.
