Requirements
- Graduate of the CCIA faculty
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in carrying out civil construction projects
- PC skills: MS Office (word, excel), Auto Card
Advantage:
- Microsoft project, quotation programs
- Good communication skills, personal presentation and interpersonal relationships
- Skills and knowledge of technical language in construction and installations
- Category B license holder
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supervising the execution works according to the project and contractual conditions;
- Plan the execution activities of both the company’s own staff and subcontractors, monitor compliance with the execution schedule and coordinate the activity on the construction site;
- Prepares the necessary materials and equipment in accordance with the lists of quantities in the estimates and project;
- Monitors compliance with quality standards in execution and confirms, from a qualitative point of view, the works performed by its own personnel or those of subcontractors;
- Checks and confirms the quantity of materials and equipment delivered to the construction site;
- Prepares minutes and documentation related to the technical book of the construction;
- Monitors compliance with OSH and PSI norms throughout the entire duration of execution;

Founded in 1958, IASICON SA is a construction company. We separated in 1992 from the Regional Construction Trust and organized ourselves as a company founded by private shareholders, with 100% Romanian capital.
