📢 We are hiring a Construction Engineer / Site Managerto expand our team and are looking for a Construction Engineer with experience in coordinating construction works, redevelopments and organizing field activities.We are looking for an organized, involved and results-oriented professional, able to coordinate teams, monitor the execution of works and ensure compliance with technical standards and deadlines.
🔹 What we are looking for:
- • higher technical education – preferably the Faculty of Construction;
- • minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Construction Engineer / Site Manager);
- • experience in coordinating works and teams in the field;
- • good ability to organize, prioritize and make decisions;
- • attention to detail and quality orientation;
- • good communication and collaboration skills;
- • availability for travel;
- • category B license.
Job Description
🔹 What you will do:
- • you will coordinate and monitor the activity on the construction site for construction and redevelopment works;
- • you will monitor compliance with the technical project, execution schedules and quality standards;
- • you will organize and coordinate your own teams and subcontractors in the field;
- • you will monitor the physical and qualitative status of the works;• you will participate in the planning of activities and the management of resources on the construction site;
- • you will maintain contact with the Project Manager, designers, beneficiaries and other departments involved;
- • you will prepare activity reports and situations regarding the evolution of the works;
- • you will participate in field checks, determining phases, work receptions and the preparation of related documentation;
- • you will monitor compliance with technical norms, HSE and execution requirements applicable to projects;
- • you will contribute, as appropriate, to the coordination of works for structures and foundations related to car-port projects or other similar constructions.
