Ideal Candidate

Your profile

• You have completed higher education, preferably in a technical or exact sciences field;
• You have at least 4 years of relevant experience in business/brand analysis, with a focus on FMCG products;
• Experience with Retail Panel and Consumer Panel data. Experience in quantitatively oriented market research agencies is an advantage;
• You know English at an advanced level; knowledge of German is an advantage;
• You have advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point) and/or the Google Workspace platform;
• You have an analytical mindset, demonstrating the ability to effectively interpret, synthesize and present complex data;
• You are a very organized person and have great attention to detail.

Your role

• You will contribute to improving the structure of the product assortment on the shelves of our stores, analyzing data from numerous sources (internal, consumer panel, retail panel, market studies, etc.);
• You will manage the relationship with market research agencies to ensure the accuracy, quality and timely and correct provision of reports and information;
• You will recurrently report the results and trends observed in the available data sets to the departments of interest (Purchases, Marketing, etc.) as well as the organization’s management;
• You will provide specialized advice to stakeholders in the organization, clarifying the implications that these trends have on the business;
• You will be involved in shaping the company’s business strategy by providing specialized support.
