We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Advanced level of English
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, multi-tasking skills and great time management
- Availability for a full time schedule, covering shifts 24/7, Monday – Sunday
Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions (eg: by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Offers support by providing product and service information about new features and functionalities and resolving product and service problems.
- Be actively involved in improving the CS procedures, programs and sites by gathering customers feedback and sharing it with Product Team
