What will you do (responsibilities)
- You efficiently coordinate daily activities in the clinic and ensure a clear and functional workflow.
- Supervise the medical and non-medical team so that quality standards and procedures are constantly respected.
- Manage appointments and schedule optimization, for maximum efficiency and minimal waiting times.
- You ensure that patients have a positive, consistent and premium experience, from the first interaction to the end.
- You work with the team to achieve the clinic’s objectives (sales, revenue, occupancy, patient satisfaction).
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement concrete actions to increase operational efficiency and revenue.
What are we looking for (requirement) ��
- Previous experience in a similar role in the medical field (clinical management/coordination) – Major advantage
- Experience in direct sales – minimum 3 years.
- Experience in team coordination – minimum 2 years.
- Very good organization, prioritization and time management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; able to set clear expectations and handle difficult situations tactfully.
- Empathy and maturity in relationships with patients and the team.
- Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure without losing control.
- Proactive attitude, results orientation and real desire to build.
