You’ll develop intelligent automation solutions using low-code, RPA, and generative Al, build Al agents and pipelines with frameworks like LangChain, Liamaindex, or AutoGen, and orchestrate complex workflows with Azure Al Services, Power Platform, or nn.
You’ll be the central point as architectural sketches become production systems — ensuring that Al and automation not only work but also scale.
Your Task
- You’ll design and implement inteligent automation solutions – from | fow-code platforms (Power Platform, nn, Make) and RPA tools (UPath, Automation Anywhere) 0 Code-based Al frameworks fie LangChain, Liamaindex, or AutoGen.
- You develop Al agents and agent architectures, orchestrate multi ‘agent processes via MCP servers, and integrate LLMs (6.9., GPT-5, Claude, Mistral) into production systems via APIs.
- You build RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines, design Vector store architectures, and connect knowledge bases with intelligent agents.
- You develop and integrate APs between cloud services, business applications, and data models – cleanly, with documentation, and ready for production.
- You analyze and redesign business processes, identify automation | and Al potential, and derive technical implementation concepts
- You support our cents from intial process mapping through solution design to the implementation of scalable, secure solutions.
- You work closely with product owners, business units, and IT teams, ‘and assume technical responsibilty in projects.
- You promote knowledge transfer and best practices – both internally and with clients – for the sustainable use of Al and automation.
Your Profile
Must have:
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Practical experience in implementing automation or Al projects ~ whether low-code, RPA, or code-fist.
- Knowledge of Python and experience with at least one Al framework. (LangChain, Liamalndex, AutoGen, CrewAl, etc) or a low-code platform (Power Automate, n8n, UiPath). ;
- Understanding of LLM concepts: prompting, RAG, function calling, embeddings, and vector stores.
- Expertise in AP! design, cloud integrations, and data modelling. ;
- Excellent written and spoken English skills. German is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Azure OpenAl Services, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex Al.
- Knowledge of MCP server orchestration, Copiot agents, or ‘agent architectures.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector).
- Basic knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, or fine-tuning.
- ® Certifications such as Microsoft Azure Al Engineer, Power Patform, or UiPath,
