Responsibilities
Transacts (fax, email, telephone) domestic freight transports based on the transport request formulated by the client, is responsible for the transport documents (transport order confirmed by the client; transport order confirmed by the carrier),
Identify the optimal solution and prepare the transport offer in collaboration with the other branches of SC LAGERMAX LOGISTICS ROMANIA.
Look for transportation solutions in relation to the budgets associated with each project.
- Negotiates and transmits transport orders,
- Organizes transport – trucks, groupage,
- Closely monitors the transportation until the payment is received and the accuracy of the preparation of specific documents,
- Maintains relationships with clients and carriers in the portfolio,
- Identifies and permanently attracts potential clients, in order to make a first contact and provide a brief presentation of the possibilities of SC LAGERMAX LOGISTICS ROMANIA SRL in the field of international freight transport and shipping,
- Issues invoices and is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered on the invoice.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the field of international road transport, within a forwarding company;
- Knowledge of the transport market;
- Very good organizational and communication skills;
- Customer orientation and teamwork;
- Positive attitude oriented towards finding solutions, flexibility;
- Completed higher education;
- English language – advanced level;
- Advanced knowledge of Ms Office
- Category B driving license – an advantage
