Job Description

The employer is a 

leading global provider of water and sanitation solutions with offices in over 130 countries.

The position consists of two components:

The TCS Admin role focuses on administrative and back-office activities: handling service requests (email/Salesforce), creating orders and notifications in SAP, processing DMRs (debit memo requests) to enable customer billing and correcting billing errors), updating master data and managing documents related to technicians and third parties.

The TCS Planner role involves the complete coordination of technical service activities: creating orders in SAP, planning interventions in Salesforce, allocating technicians and communicating with local teams and internal partners. The main goal is to ensure efficient planning, which contributes to an excellent customer experience. The position requires very good organizational skills, multitasking, attention to detail.
