Responsibilities
- Organizes and coordinates execution works;
- Monitors work schedules;
- Check the status of the works and their quality;
- Adopt the necessary measures to ensure the quality of the works;
- Plan and ensure personnel needs;
- Ensures the necessary materials and equipment and manages their flow on the construction site;
- Identify risks and implement prevention and control measures;
- Is responsible for the completion and result of the work, under the established conditions and deadlines;
- Participates in the commissioning of the executed installations;
- Participates in diagnosing the causes of damage or poor functioning of installations;
- Ensure compliance with the Group’s OHS rules.
- Supervises the activity of subcontractors;
- Participate in site meetings, audits, visits;
- Participate in negotiations/discussions with customers, suppliers and subcontractors;
- Prepares activity reports that are submitted to the hierarchical superior;
- Prepares work reports, reception minutes, addresses and notifications in relations with clients, suppliers and subcontractors;
- Prepares project documentation, according to the terms contracted with clients;
- Represents the Company’s interface in its relationship with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and other entities;
Requirements
- Higher technical studies (electrical, energetic);
- Communication and teamwork skills;
- Focus on results and orientation towards the customer and people;
- Vision and anticipation;
- Ability to analyze and synthesize;
- Flexibility;
- Category B driving license;
- English language – intermediate/advanced level;
- PC operation (Microsoft Office);
