The multinational corporation WAMGROUP , a world leader in the development and production of equipment and installations for handling bulk materials, has been present in Romania since 2002. Wam Romania not only distributes Wamgroup equipment on the national territory and in the Republic of Moldova, but also represents one of the Group’s most important production headquarters in Europe. We are currently looking for a new colleague for the position of a talented and passionate Technology Engineer .
Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing technological processes to ensure the efficiency and quality of our products
- Development and optimization of workflows and operational procedures
- Monitoring and analyzing process performance, identifying and implementing improvements
- Working closely with the production team to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery deadlines
- Identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
- Testing and validation of new technologies and equipment
- Documenting and reporting results and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field
- Relevant experience in the technological field (minimum 3 years)
- Solid knowledge in the field of production processes and technological equipment
- Experience working with design software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Results-oriented and attention to detail
- Knowledge of English or Italian
