Your Mission
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineer to join our core technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of our industrial bearings, developing and validating comprehensive technical specifications and engineering drawings, and conducting critical competitive analysis. You will leverage your profound knowledge of international standards and RKB proprietary software to ensure the superior performance and accuracy of RKB bearing products.
Your Profile (Qualifications & Skills)
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in bearing engineering, application engineering, or a similar role.
- Essential Knowledge: In-depth understanding and practical use of international and national bearing standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI-ABMA, DIN).
Core Competencies:
- High proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD/SolidWorks)
- Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Technical Documentation & Data Management:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for RKB bearings.
- Master and operate our internal database system.
- Code bearing part numbers according to the RKB system of prefixes and suffixes
Technical Evaluation & Analysis:
- Utilize RKB’s proprietary software to perform critical engineering calculations,
Bearing Design
- Create accurate 3D models of bearing assemblies and components.
- Produce comprehensive 2D assembly drawings and corresponding part drawings.
- Check and verify technical drawings to ensure compliance with all design and quality standards.
