The Field Rescue Specialist role is a senior one, dedicated to critical interventions, advanced diagnostics and technical support for complex cases in the field. You will be the expert that customers and colleagues turn to when the situation requires real experience and rapid reaction.
Requirements
- Secondary or higher technical studies (Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electrical, Agricultural Mechanics);
- Relevant experience in servicing and repairing agricultural machinery / heavy machinery / trucks / construction equipment;
- Advanced experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and electronic diagnostics;
- Ability to manage complex and urgent interventions directly at the client;
- Solid practical experience in the field and autonomy in making technical decisions;
- Very good organizational, communication and customer relations skills;
- Availability for frequent travel
- Knowledge of technical English is an advantage.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Rapid field interventions to remedy critical damage to agricultural machinery (tractors, combines, sowing, herbicide, fertilization equipment, etc.);
- Advanced diagnostics and identification of the real causes of recurring defects;
- Performing complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and electronic repairs;
- Senior technical support for service technicians and team colleagues;
- Commissioning, calibration and special technical checks;
- Handling sensitive cases and maintaining a professional relationship with clients;
