Key Responsibilities
- Support Service Area Supervisor and act as lead when required
- Supervise technicians and ensure maintenance quality and safety
- Diagnose technical issues and support repairs and upgrades
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance operations
- Monitor team performance and control operational costs
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical support, safety, HR)
- Prepare reports on performance, maintenance, and safety
- Train and guide technicians for skill development
Requirements
- Technical degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
