Head of the Freight Logistics Team – Bacau Logistics Center – Republicii.Experience in team coordination is important, you are at an advantage if you have had a team of at least 5 members under your direct supervision.Using a PC and knowledge of how logistics centers work will be of real use to you.We want you to like being the best, to be used to working with evaluation indicators that you can easily understand and follow in real time.You must be organized, to be able to successfully complete all daily tasks together with the subordinate team (5-10 colleagues).Secondary education and ease of communication will help you to be closer to those in your team and to maintain a good relationship between the logistics centers and colleagues in the stores.It is important to be an active person and to be able to sustain an alert pace when the situation requires it.

- be responsible for the daily activity in the area assigned to you within the logistics center
- coordinate and actively participate in the reception, storage and preparation operations of goods that will be delivered to work points based on existing goods orders and established targets
- ensure the placement of goods so that they can be prepared as easily as possible and sent to stores in the shortest possible time
- check the accuracy of stocks and take care of order and cleanliness in your team’s area
- you help your subordinates to be their best, to work as efficiently as possible and to meet their monthly objectives.
