Description:
The company Move Intermodal , active in the field of transport, is expanding its team and is looking for an experienced Transport Dispatcher , capable of efficiently coordinating the daily activity of the fleet and maintaining good communication with drivers and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and optimization of domestic and international transport routes
- Provides instructions to drivers and other users regarding routes, destinations, agreed times, procedures to follow
- Coordination and monitoring of drivers during trips
- Constant communication with customers regarding the status of deliveries
- Management of transport documents and compliance with internal procedures
- Quick resolution of any problems that arise along the way
- Follows procedures for reporting technical issues to the responsible technical department
- Creates and maintains an optimal professional relationship with subcontractors and other dispatchers
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in road transport dispatching
- PC skills (MS Office, GPS monitoring programs)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of a foreign language (English) – advantage
- Availability for flexible schedule
- Knowledge of the transport market
- Very good communication, planning and organization skills
