Responsibilities:
- Provides specialized medical assistance to patients with kidney disease within the dialysis center;
- Treats dialysis patients respecting the highest quality standards;
- Comply with company policies and procedures, as required by law;
- Prepares dialysis treatments, including disinfection, testing and setting of machines, as well as preparing necessary materials and consumables;
- Connects and disconnects patients from the dialysis machine;
- Clinically monitors patients during dialysis and tracks parameters according to the doctor’s prescription;
- Administers prescribed medication during treatment;
- Completes the dialysis protocol and records medical data in the internal computer system.
Requirements:
- Specialized studies (Diploma in General Medical Assistant – accredited by the Ministry of Education);
- Baccalaureate diploma;
- The right to free practice (Free practice permit issued by OAMMR);
- Availability for day shift work;
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet);
- Communication skills, team spirit, empathy and patient orientation;
- Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage;
- Romanian language – fluent;
- Right to work on the territory of Romania – mandatory.
