Coordination and leadership skills for the Reception team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in relation to guests, partners and colleagues
Customer orientation and ability to manage complex operational situations
Operating knowledge in PMS (hotel management system), OTA, channel managerExperience in managing group reservations is an advantage
Understanding of revenue management principles is an advantage
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectivelyProactive attitude, oriented towards solutions and improving the guest experience
Integrity, professionalism and compliance with hotel standards
Team spirit and ability to coordinate interdepartmental processesVery good knowledge of Romanian and English; other foreign languages are an advantage

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Front-office & Housekeeping activity, directly contributing to the guest experience and coordinating the operational teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a constant and active presence in the Reception area;
- Coordination of the Reception and Housekeeping departments – organizing and supervising daily activity, ensuring an efficient operational flow and an excellent guest experience;
- Team management – managing subordinate staff, planning shifts in compliance with all regulations in force, coordination, training and periodic evaluation;
- Guest relations – ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, managing requests, check-in/check-out and any special situations or complaints;
- Reservations and hotel systems management – supervising reservations and in-depth knowledge of the correct use of PMS, OTA and CM systems for the accuracy of availability and information;
- Operational control – monitoring the daily activities of the Reception (check-in/check-out, invoicing, collections) and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards;
- Group and conference room booking management – taking over and processing requests for groups and conferences, preparing offers, managing the sales/contracting process;
- Sales and revenue optimization activities – implementing upselling and cross-selling techniques for accommodation services and complementary services: F&B, conference room, special half-board packages, full board, spa;
- Reporting – preparing operational reports specific to the Reception and submitting them to management;Supervision of compliance with professional quality standards, internal procedures and maintaining an efficient operational flow
