Job Description
- Ensures the cleaning of rooms, common areas and other rooms, using appropriate cleaning equipment and solutions
- Reports to the supervisor any damage, deficiencies and damages caused by guests
- Reports to the supervisor any items forgotten or abandoned by the customer in the hotel
- Reports room malfunctions and ensures their remediation
- Checks the stock of consumable products and places orders for their replacement
- Cleans and disinfects bathrooms, as well as other surfaces within the location
- Changes the bed linen and towel sets in the room
