Job Description
Main responsibilities for a Hotel Receptionist
- Welcomes customers and operates accommodation activities (check-in / check-out) in the system according to international standards;
- Know the availability of rooms and the hotel’s occupancy rate through the system;
- Promotes the hotel and the services offered to guests;
- Collect the value of the services provided by the hotel;
- Performs the fiscal closing of the hotel day (through the night-audit process).
- Manages the hotel’s mini-bar and works closely with the F&B team, the hotel’s cleaning and maintenance team.
