Key Responsibilities
As a Hotel Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude.
- Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures.

- Process accommodation payments, event charges, and other guest transactions.
- Manage guest reservations and update booking information using the Fidelio hotel management system.

- Maintain accurate guest records and front desk documentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Work rotating shifts, including evening, weekend, and night shifts when required.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- Certified qualification as a Hotel Receptionist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel reception or front office role.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Experience working with Fidelio hotel management software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
