Role purpose
HR Generalist Jr. provides operational support in personnel and payroll administration processes, ensuring the correct and updated maintenance of employee data, the preparation of personnel documents and the inputs necessary for salary processing, in accordance with labor legislation and internal procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and manages personnel documents throughout the employee’s life cycle (CIM, additional documents, decisions, employment files).
- Records and updates hiring, changes and terminations in REGES/Revisal and internal systems.
- Provide support in onboarding and offboarding processes (documents, accounts, administrative records).
- Collects, verifies and enters salary inputs (timesheets, vacations, bonuses, withholdings).
- Provides support in payroll verification and monthly closing activities.
- Produces simple administrative and payroll reports for suppliers, finance and audit.
- Responds to basic employee requests regarding salaries, documents and administrative procedures.
Competent
- Completed higher education, preferably in the field of economics, law, psychology or sociology.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- High attention to detail and good organizational and prioritization skills.
- Communication and teamwork skills, orientation towards internal support.
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Knowledge of labor legislation is an advantage.
- English language at intermediate level.
- Driving license (preferred)
