Our company is looking for a Tendering Engineer specialized in HVAC, sanitary and fire prevention installations to join our team in the technical department. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment, contributing to the development of technical offers for various projects in the field of installations.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparing technical and commercial offers in the field of installations;
- Technical analysis of requests for tender, specifications and plans received;
- Project verification (ensuring that the designed systems are functional and complete);
- Proposing project optimization solutions where appropriate;
- Extracting lists of quantities from technical plans;
- Requesting clarifications for various aspects related to the offer;
- Technical assistance in standardization and the implementation of new standards;
- Technical assistance in creating new positions in the nomenclature of materials and services;
- Creation of local norms and price analysis by activities (materials, labor, equipment, transportation, etc.);
- Issuing requests for quotations to suppliers;
- Preparation of the tender dossier;
- Participation in technical and commercial discussions;
- Collaborating with all departments involved in preparing offers;
- Participation in events organized within the company.
Requirements:
- Engineer’s Diploma;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in installation bidding activity;
- Knowledge of systems, equipment and component elements in installations from both a technical and financial point of view;
- Knowledge of execution technologies, legislation and regulations in the construction field;
- Experience in using and consulting technical regulations and specialized legislation;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
- Intermediate knowledge of Autocad;
- Experience in execution and design is a great advantage;
- Experience working with Windev, e-devize is an advantage;
- English language – advanced level;
- Communication and teamwork skills;
- Category B license is an advantage;
- Proactive attitude;
- A sense of humor is an advantage.
