Manpower is recruiting for its partner, an international company in the field of industrial production, recognized for its high quality standards, modern technologies and stable working environment.In this role, you will contribute to the production of finished products through industrial painting processes, respecting internal procedures and strict quality, safety and environmental standards.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Preparing parts before the painting process, according to technological procedures;
- Applying electrostatic painting (water-based or diluent), under imposed quality conditions;
- Supervising the painting process and performing self-control of the parts executed;
- Permanently monitoring the quality of the products and reporting any non-conformities;
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure continuous workflow.
What skills are required for this role?
- Secondary education (10 grades + vocational school or industrial high school – technical qualification);
- Experience in production on automatic/semi-automatic machines is an advantage;
- Qualification in industrial painting / electrostatic field painting (mandatory or major advantage);
- Understanding the process of preparing surfaces before painting;
- Availability to work in 3 shifts;Working conditions
- Activity carried out in a production and workshop environment;
- 3-shift work schedule (8 hours/day);
- Strict compliance with work procedures and quality standards.
