Requirements
- higher technical education (installations/energy/mechanical engineering);
- advanced knowledge of operating MS Office Excel, MS Project Planner and AutoCad;
- knowledge of English – intermediate/advanced level;
- attention to detail, spirit of initiative, self-organization;
- to manage the supply of materials to the construction site;
- analysis and synthesis capacity;
- communication and negotiation skills;
- teamwork skills;
- category B driving license
Job description
- Checking the costs, quality and quantities of subcontractors;
- Preparation and verification of technical offers;
- Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers and other specialists;
- Providing technical support in the execution of projects;
- Preparing economic documentation for bidding, which consists of requesting price offers from suppliers;
- Preparation of preliminary measurements/quantity lists;
- It aims to ensure quality parameters in accordance with customer requirements;
- Provides specialized technical assistance for the execution of the works (additional explanations or travel to the construction site, as appropriate).
